Ensure that your License File is for the correct version of ArcGIS Enterprise portal (ArcGIS Enterprise licenses files are version specific) in My Esri and check that the machine-specific details match your ArcGIS license Manager machine within your license file.Ensure that your ArcGIS Enterprise portal installation and ArcGIS License Manager installation supports your end user version, as outlined in the table below.If your users are experiencing any connectivity glitches, the below checks and configurations should be reviewed. The most common hurdle faced, is when the ArcGIS Pro end user’s installation cannot connect successfully to the ArcGIS License Manager, due to license configuration.
